At Mind-Body Performance, we believe that thriving is every human’s birthright. Our mission is to distill the knowledge from a variety of disciplines including psychology, neuroscience, neurobiology, the great wisdom traditions, amongst others disciplines, to create practical, actionable steps to improve the quality of our lives.
Peak performance will look different for every person. For some it may look like consistent exceptional sport performance, for others it may manifest in self-belief and ability to achieve goals, whilst for others may be an ability to manage emotions and show up as the truest version of yourself. No matter, the goal, Mind-Body Performance wants to help you get there through traditional psychology, sport & performance psychological & neuroscientific knowledge.

About Me
James’ greatest values are effectiveness, authenticity and shared humanity. James recognises that each person is different, and as such, needs an individualised tailored approach. He believes we are all on this human journey together.
James completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and went on to complete a Master of Psychology (Sport & Exercise) at the University of Queensland. James was awarded Student of the Year by the College of Sports & Exercise Psychology (Co-SEP), a chapter of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
James’ approach is truly unique in its’ utilization of a mind-body philosophy, approaching performance and wellbeing from a holistic lens.
James has worked with individuals from all walks of life, including: professional, semi-professional and amateur athletes - across a wide variety of sports - to lawyers, pilots, doctors & police, and members of the general public.
James’ has a passion and deep curiosity for cracking the code of human performance is constantly researching innovative & effective methods for maximising human potential.
James also has a vision for unifying science & technology for training the brain.
